Five Great New Podcasts
Welcome to the 70th edition of Find That Pod.
Howdy podcast fans. I’m taking it easy this week, so I won’t waste too much of your time. Except to say I hope you’re keeping safe and sound amidst this history-making year we’re living through.
Here are this week’s podcasts:

Snap Judgement
I love finding podcasts in a unique format. The medium has been somewhat saturated, but I believe it still has plenty of opportunities with storytelling and format innovation. Snap Judgement is a great example of that. It’s a podcast that mixes as they put it, “killer beats”, with dramatic storytelling. Give it a listen, you won’t regret it!

Sequels That Should Have Been Made
If cult-classic movies are of interest to you, like they are to me, this podcast will have you laughing and in stitches in no time. The premise is great… always thought that a certain movie should have gotten a sequel? The hosts of this show do that for you, in an often liquor fuelled discussion of what could have been, to hilarious effect!

Product Hunt Radio
If you keep an ear to the ground when it comes to the world of Tech, then you’ve likely heard of Product Hunt. A sort of conglomerate of new technology startup showcases. Now they’ve got themselves a podcast, and it’s actually pretty good. Featuring founders, investors, and journalists talking about the latest in tech and their new products. A great show for any budding entrepreneurs!

What a Day
After the New York Times popularized the format of a short daily news podcast that focuses on one topic, a lot of other media companies jumped on the trend. Some had more success with that format than others. But a standout to me has been Crooked Media’s What a Day podcast. 15 minutes of breaking down the biggest news of the day, well, at least the biggest news in America.
