Feedback With Earbuds
I’m going to tell you a secret. Find That Pod is not the only podcast recommendation newsletter. There’s at least a few high-quality newsletters out there. One of them is run by my Internet pal, Arielle Nissenblatt who runs the EarBuds Podcast Collective. Along with the newsletter, Arielle also runs a companion podcast called Feedback with Earbuds that highlights the week’s podcast recommendations along with providing some podcast creation tips, highlighting industry news and sometimes some bonus recommendations. So if you just can’t get enought podcasts in your life, make sure to give it a listen.
Aside from the contents of this podcast, you gotta give it some props just on the basis of both its name and cover artwork. It’s a comedy podcast, that explores a wide variety of writers, tropes, toxic characters, and more, all in the name of examining various topics surrounding famous and not-so-famous literature. A pretty entertaining podcast if you ask me. Which you didn’t. But I’m recommending it anyway.
The Ezra Klein Show
Many of you will know Ezra Klein through his founding of Vox. But now he’s moved to the New York Times and he’s brought his fantastic podcast with him. Ezra is one of the best interviewers in the business, and while I don’t 100% align on his views, there’s no doubt that he’s a highly intelligent journalist in pursuit of truth of understanding. His show covers a wide variety of topics related to today’s society.
The case of a man that went missing. Found a month later, beaten, in the back of a Mercedes Benz with his body put into a barrell and rolled into a frigid Kentucky river. What happened? Why would one of his best friends become the prime suspect? A gripping seven part story for all your True Crime afficionados.
